Are life's pressures and stress affecting the animals you live with or care for?

If you're health is compromised, if you're stressed or anxious, your pets can sense it. Like humans, animals are sensitive to their environment, forming a strong and trusting bond with those they live with.

Over the years, when asked to help with pets' behavioural issues, I often found that pets mirrored the stress and anxieties of the people they were living with. When the owners addressed their stress, their pets became calmer, and their behaviour improved.

We all have an energy flow, also known as our Biofield or life-force energy. Our energy serves as a silent form of communication with those around us. Physical, mental, and emotional stress disrupt the natural energy flow in the body and is often expressed in an energetic state that cannot be seen, measured, or touched but can only be sensed. I also offer tailored therapies to address any health support and stress maintenance you may need!

  • Do you have a long-term health condition?
  • Dealing with your health like it's a part-time job?
  • Feeling confused, overwhelmed and more stressed out than ever before!
  • Feel like you're chasing your own tail all day without getting enough done?
  • Are you experiencing brain fog or having difficulty concentrating on the most mundane tasks?

Animals can teach us a lot, especially about resilience – the ability to bounce back from adversity, stress, and life's challenges. I've witnessed this first hand while working with rescued animals; seeing how they heal and go on to offer emotional support to their human companions has been incredibly inspiring. Resilience, or the ability to bounce back from adversity, stress and life's challenges, is influenced by maintaining good healthy lifestyle practices. I can help you build the physical, mental, and emotional strength to face and overcome challenges, leading to greater resilience.

Why work with me?

When you work with me to improve your health, it's not just about getting healthy and health coaching. It's a journey of learning life skills you can share with friends and family, benefiting the animals you live with and share your life with. I began my career in 1984 in human healthcare and conventional medicine, focusing on human behaviour towards self-medication. After questioning and exploring alternative options due to health issues for my dogs, I trained in Zoopharmacognosy in 2009. This specialised form of animal behavioural science allows animals to self-medicate safely, which I now teach to animal owners.

Human-Animal Bond!

After helping with pet behavioural issues, I discovered that pets often reflect their owners' stress and anxiety. When their human friends addressed their well-being imbalances, pets were calmer, and their behaviour improved significantly.

This highlights how our health and sense of well-being are often reflected in mental or emotional stress, behavioural changes, and ineffective communication. This is strongly expressed in an energetic state that cannot be seen, measured, or touched—only sensed.

When the energy fields between humans and animals sync and harmonise, it can create a powerful bond. Maintaining a balanced and positive energy state can enhance human-animal relationships, leading to mutual health, well-being, and deeper emotional connections.

My Journey So Far

My career began in 1984, which put me at the forefront of human healthcare and conventional medicine, dealing with human behaviour towards self-medication.

After my health and that of my dogs were compromised, I began to question and explore alternative options. Although initially sceptical about natural methods due to my scientific background, I came to realise that conventional medicine often created more imbalances in an already off-kilter health state!

I trained and qualified in a specialised form of animal behavioural science, known as ‘Zoopharmacognosy' in 2009, where animals can self-medicate without any human direction from nature's pharmacy in a safe, facilitated therapy. I teach animal owners how to use this therapy safely and effectively with their own animals. With this therapy, I achieved noticeable results for both behavioural and physical animal health problems.

Dedication

My experience working with my local environmental group and further research into how wildlife uses nature's remedies highlighted the importance of self-care, health restoration and our inextricable link to nature. In particular, how we share the same remedies found in nature with some wildlife species. My career has extended to introducing the concept of Zoopharmacognosy to vets at the WOCMAP (World Conference in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants) in South Africa, where a plethora of medicinal and aromatic plants grow. Worked with Equine Rescue Centre in Surrey, researched requests for BBC Wildlife and more.
